MEDIAPAN

Diapan boards or MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) are fibreboards obtained by pressing wood fibres, wood dust and a binding agent or glue. The surface of the board is most often treated by sanding and multi-layer varnishing, and if a high-gloss surface is desired, the last layer is additionally polished. The surface obtained by this process is resistant to moisture and grease.

Thanks to its qualities, primarily processing capabilities, it is a good substitute for wood. In addition to varnishing, the boards can be finished with foils, veneers and HPL in a high-pressure press.

IVERAL

Finished chipboards are among the most common products in the production of modern furniture and interior design for a modern lifestyle. The technology of chipboard production itself has advanced greatly, so today’s three-layer chipboards that are finished on both sides with melamine foil meet the highest standards in furniture production. This is how we distinguish chipboards finished with single-color decors, wood decors, high-gloss decors, waterproof decors and veneer decors.

For all chipboard decors, ABS edge bands in the same decors are also available. Their standard thicknesses are 10, 18, 25, 36 and 60mm

VENEER

Decorative panels are panels treated with veneer from domestic and exotic wood. Most often, these are chipboard, MDF, panel boards and plywood, which are treated with a thin layer of decorative veneer. This achieves a rustic and natural look of wood.

The veneer can be stained and varnished in the desired colors.

ACRYLIC

Acrylic is a glossy and non-toxic product for innovative furniture makers of the third millennium. It is a real alternative to glossy varnished products and recommended to everyone who wants to innovate in their collections. The acrylic layer with a thickness of 1.4 mm contains a plastic material (ABS + polymethylmethacrylate) that is glued to the chipboard or MDF board.

The acrylic panel has an extremely flat surface, is resistant to the effects of light, and wear can be polished with pastes much better than a lacquered surface. It is used as a front in the manufacture of kitchens, bathrooms and other parts of furniture. Edgebanding is done with original high-gloss tapes

LACOBEL GLASS

Glass is technologically very advanced today, so in addition to standard float, laminated, embossed, ornamental, tempered, enameled, sandblasted, we have Lacobel, a specialized glass used in furniture manufacturing. Lacobel is glass that is painted and enameled according to Ral tones, which is baked in the factory and then covered with a protective foil against scattering in the event of breakage.

A wide range of colors, high gloss of the glass surface, high scratch resistance and easy maintenance are the main reasons for its increasingly frequent presence in furniture manufacturing. It is used for various wall and furniture coverings, and in aluminum frames for furniture fronts and sliding walls.

PLEXIGLASS

Plexiglass or acrylic glass, as a product of polyacrylic resins, is a very hard, difficult to break and resistant material, and yet lighter than glass. It is very transparent, has better light transmission than glass. It comes in sheets, rods and tubes and is modeled into various shapes under high temperatures.

Because of all this and its large color palette, it has an increasing role in furniture making.
